S.S.I. 
Overview:  The Student Satisfaction Inventory (S.S.I.) is offered by Noel-Levitz to provide institutions with a powerful tool to improve the quality of student life and learning. The S.S.I. measures student satisfaction and priorities, showing how satisfied students are as well as what issues are important to them. The data can be used to:  guide strategic planning; strengthen student retention initiatives; meet accreditation needs, iIdentify areas of institutional strength; and chart progress toward campus goals.
 
Use at WC:  The S.S.I. was first offered to WC freshmen in the fall of 1996.  It was last completed by freshmen on Assessment Day, March 2005.
 
Results & Reports:  WC means compared with national pool of 4-year private colleges
