The Westminster College strength training staff welcomes you to the Varsity Athletic Workouts homepage. The workouts contained on this page have been specifically designed for each sport to enhance the characteristics required for the athlete. We incorporate flexibility training, free weights, plyometrics, agility and balance drills as well as speed training to give our athletes the competitive edge.
