Information for Crime Victims about Disciplinary Proceedings
Effective August 14, 2009, upon written request, Westminster College must disclose to the alleged victim of any crime of violence or a nonforcible sex offense, the results of any disciplinary proceeding conducted by the institution against a student who is the alleged perpetrator of such crime or offense. If the alleged victim is deceased as a result of the crime or offense, the information shall be provided, upon request, to the next of kin of the alleged victim. Voter Registration Form Distribution Policy
At least 60 days prior to federal elections and state elections for governor, an email devoted exclusively to voter registration will be sent to all enrolled Westminster students by the Director of Student Involvement, Office of Student Involvement, informing students that a link to an electronic voter registration form is available at: http://www.sos.mo.gov/elections/govotemissouri/register.

In addition, the Director for Student Involvement will have paper voter registration forms available for students who choose not to complete an electronic voter registration form.

  • Drug Use and Ineligibility for Federal Financial Aid.
    Students who have Federal and/or State convictions for the possession or sale of illegal drugs for an offense that occurred while they were receiving Federal financial aid (grants, loans and/or work study) may not be eligible to receive Federal financial aid.
