How To Check Your Grades ~ EX Web

Students may access and print grades using the following procedure:

• Log into the campus web at http://mywc.westminster-mo.edu/exweb/ . There is a Forgot Your Password link at the bottom of the page if you don’t recall your ID and PIN.
  • There is also a Forgot Your Password link on the WC Connections home page at www.westminster-mo.edu/wc_connections. 
    • If you prefer to skip these steps, you can access the Forgot Your Password link directly at https://www.westminster-mo.edu/Wc_connections/get_connected.asp.
      • Links to EX Web and WC Connections can be found on the WC Users home page at http://www.westminster-mo.edu/wc_users/
        1. If you just can’t figure out the online process, contact the Registrar’s Office at x5213 to get your ID and PIN. You will be asked a series of questions to prove your identity.

Students must have their ID (user name) and confidential PIN number (password) in order to view their grades.

No matter which source you use, MAKE SURE that you carefully complete the fields using accurate info (e.g. Legal First Name, etc.) so that you can receive an immediate e-mail response.  If you make an error in the fields, it can take up to 2 work days for you to receive a reply.  You might consider saving the link as a bookmark or favorite so that you will have it the next time you need it. 

• Once you log in to EX Web, click on My Grades at the top left corner of the screen.  A list of cumulative totals and all classes with grades will appear on the screen. 
• Click on Reformat as a printable unofficial transcript and Print.
• Click Log Out at the top right corner of the screen to log out of the session.
