There are several options open to you. Some programs come with a manual that gives you a good overview of how to use their product. If that isn't the case, or doesn't work for you, we suggest that you then attempt to search the help feature available on all Microsoft products. You can access this by either clicking on the "Help" menu or by typing in your question in the box located at the top right of your window. This box is appropriately labeled as "Type a question for help".
If you still can't find your answer, try searching Microsoft for answers or by taking their online training.
