Using Webmail – A Quick Review

You can find a link to WC Webmail on the WC Users wepage - http://www.westminster-mo.edu/wc_users or you can go directly to the url as shown in the following screenshot: For the screenshots that follow, the examples are from IE (Internet Explorer) and Firefox.  If you are using a different browser/version, you may see something slightly different…. Once you click on the link for WC Webmail, you will see a login box that will look similar to one of the two options below:

Your username should be entered in the following format:  username@westminster-mo.edu .

Once you are logged in, you can view your e-mail, calendar, contacts and folders. You can even change your password before it expires under the section entitled Options.  Here are a few more screen shots that might be helpful:

To change your password, look for the word or icon "Options". You can find it on the bottom left. You may have to expand the listing to see it.

Once you click on Options, you will see a screen similar to this one. Scroll down until you see the section related to Password.

Once you click on password, a box will open that looks like the example below. Just fill out the form as requested.  The domain is westminster-mo.edu and the account is your username.

It is very important that you remember to log out of webmail and then close your browser window.  This protects your account from unauthorized use.
