Windows 2000 Features – This class will demonstrate how to modify your environment through the control panel, file management, add toolbars to the desktop, use the taskbar, create and modify shortcuts, and create document scraps.
Moving to Outlook 2000 – New Programs are not always easy to learn. In this class we will look at Outlook, the new e-mail program, and some of it’s basic functions. How it is similar to Exchange and how it is different.
Word 2000 – This class explores Word basics. The class will review features of Word, Revising and refining a document, Using the Find and Replace function, Breaks, Page Margins, Tab stops, columns and inserting graphics into a document.
Word 2000 –Intermediate – Here we will explore some of the advanced features of Word 2000. Some of the features will include, creating and editing a Table of Contents, creating and formatting tables, making an outline, and footnotes and endnotes.
Excel 2000 - This class explores the basics of Microsoft Excel. Contained in this session are lessons on Excel terminology, entering data, editing, adjusting column widths, formatting cells, using excel for more than numbers, formulas and cut, copy, and paste functions.
Excel 2000 – Intermediate – For the more advanced user we will explore how to format numbers, merge cells, add color and graphics to the worksheet, create charts and change chart types, and link an Excel worksheet to a Word document.
Mail Merge with Excel – This class will teach how to use Excel to create the data file for a mail merge in Word. With this process the user will be able to create not only form letters easily, but mailing labels, and envelopes.
