Scholarships |
|
Qualified students may apply for scholarships awarded by Westminster for study abroad. Each year the college awards the Cranshaw Scholarship for study in the United Kingdom and the Piper Scholarship for study in the United Kingdom or Europe. All financial aid except Work Study may be applied to recognized exchange programs that Westminster participates in. |

Guidelines, Procedures, and Recommendations for Applicants |
|
| Students applying for the Cranshaw or Piper Scholarships are responsible for meeting all deadlines. Be sure that others providing supplemental materials—the Registrar, the faculty member writing a recommendation, the foreign language instructor certifying your ability (where applicable), and the Dean of Students—have sufficient time to generate and deliver the necessary documents. |

| Applications for the Cranshaw and Piper Scholarships consist of seven (7) parts: |

Professor’s Recommendation,
-
Student Authorization Form,
-
Registrar’s Evaluation /official transcript,

Dean of Student Life’s Certification Form,
-
Foreign Language Instructor’s Certification (if applicable),

750-word essay describing your plans and reasons for studying off-campus &one-page resume. |
| It is your responsibility to check with the Office of International & Off-Campus Programs to ensure that all elements of the application are submitted on time. |
