Frequently Asked Questions

What is the time commitment involved in an internship?

An Internship for three hours of academic credit requires a minimum of 150 hours spent on the internship site. This number of hours does not include time spent on the learning journal, faculty contact, or final project. Typically students who complete an internship during the academic year meet this requirement by working 12-15 hours per week for 10-12 weeks. Below is a chart outlining the hours required.
