Brown's Business College Pueblo Colorado 1897 1918 Mr. and Mrs. George Blair purchased Brown's Business College  in 1918 and renamed it Blairīs Business College.  Floyd Doty assumed ownership of the College in 1938.  Mr. and Mrs. Charles Webster purchased Blair Business College in 1960.  In January 1981, Blair Business College changed its name to Blair Junior College.  Renamed Everest College in 2006 and is now owned by Titan Schools, a division of Corinthian Colleges.   www.petersons.com/cci/520.html

Denver Labor College Denver Colorado 1929 Rev. Charles Webber, dubbed the "Chaplain of Organized Labor," organized the Denver Labor College and served as its president in the 1920s. He later moved to Virginia and became an organizer for the Amalgamated Clothing Workers in 1942. To the consternation of many Methodists in Virginia, Webber became the president of the state CIO in 1946. In 1955 he became the director of the Office of Religious Relations for the new AFL-CIO until his retirement in 1963.
